The Centre on Housing Rights and Evictions (COHRE) is an independent, non-governmental, not-for-profit human rights organisation. COHRE is registered in the Netherlands, and coordinates its global activities from its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. COHRE is the leading international human rights organisation campaigning for the protection of housing rights and the prevention of forced evictions worldwide.

COHRE has contributed to many campaigns in Palestine and has a webpage devoted to the Occupied Palestinian Territory.

It is currently coordinating the EWASH Advocacy Task Force, representing around 30 organisations working on water and sanitation in the occupied Palestinian territory the Global Campaign on Right to Water and Sanitation in Palestine, 6-13 December, centred around Human Rights Day (10 December).
