4 Abdul Rahman Shadi ‘Obaid-Allah (14) from ‘Aydah refugee camp in Bethlehem 05 October 2015 An Israeli soldier opened fire at a group of children and youngsters who were near the UNRWA distribution center at the entrance of ‘Aydah refugee camp.  Confrontations broke out between a number of Palestinian young men and Israeli soldiers.  ‘Obaid-Allah was hit with a live bullet to the chest from a distance of 200 meters and immediately killed Bullet wound to the chest

6 Wesam Jamal Faraj al-Mansi (20) from Sho’afat refugee camp in Jerusalem 08 October 2015 He was killed after Israeli forces opened fire at a group of young men and youngsters who were protesting in Sho’afat refugee camp.  He was hit with a dumdum bullet to the heart while other 33 civilians were wounded. 7 Tha’er Abu Ghazala (23), from Hetta Gate neighborhood in JErusalem 08 October 2015 Israeli forces claimed that he stabbed an Israeli female soldier on “Begin” street in Tel Aviv and he attempted to strip off her gun, but Israeli police officers shot him dead. Several live bullet wounds throughout the body
8 Shadi Hosam al-Deen Doula (24) from al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza 09 October 2015 He was killed by Israeli soldiers stationed in the military watchtowers along the border fence, east of Gaza City in the vicinity of Nahal ‘Oz site.  They opened fire at dozens of young men who were throwing stones at the watchtowers.  3 other young men were killed in the same incident. 15 Mohammed Fares Abdullah al-Ja’bari (19), from Khellet Hadhour, Hebron 09 October 2015 He was killed while being on the road leading to “Givat Havot” settlement outpost in Hebron, as Israeli forces opened fire at him directly claiming that he attempted to stab an Israeli soldier and strip off the soldier’s gun. 16 Jehad Zayed Salem Ebeid (21), from Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip 10 October 2015 He was killed when Israeli forces stationed in the military watchtowers along the border fence, east of al-Faraheen, south of the Gaza Strip, opened fire at the stone throwers. Another youngster was killed and 3 others were wounded. Jehad succumbed to his injury on the following day. Bullet wound to the belly

22 Nour Rasmi Mohammed Hassan (26), from al-Zaitoun neighborhood, Gaza 11 October 2015 She was 5-month pregnant. She and her child Rahaf (3) were killed when an Israeli warplane fired a missile at their house. As a result, the house was completely destroyed, her husband sustained shrapnel wounds throughout his body and fractures to the leg. 24 Ahmed Abdullah Sharaka, (13), from al-Jalazoun refugee camp, Ramallah 11 October 2015 He was wounded during a protest that headed towards Beit Eil checkpoint, north of al-Bireh, where Israeli forces opened fire at the stone throwers. Bullet wound to the head
25 Mostafa Adel al-Khateeb (18), from Sour Baher village, Jerusalem 12 October 2015 Israeli forces shot him dead after they stopped his car near al-Asbat Gate, which is one of the Old City gates, and ordered him to step out of the car to be searched. Once he did, Israeli forces directly opened fire at him, as he was putting his hand in his pocket, raising suspicion for Israeli forces of an attempt to stab Israeli soldiers in the area. 26 Hassan al-Manasra (15), from Beit Hanina village, Jerusalem 12 October 2015 He was killed when Israeli forces opened fire at him while heading to a mall near his family house in “Pisgat Ze’ev” settlement under the pretext that he attempted to stab settlers. 27 Mohammed Nazmi Elayan Shamasma (23), from Qatna village, northwest of Jerusalem 12 October 2015 Israeli forces claimed that he attempted to kidnap an Israeli soldier from a bus that was parking near the central bus stop in West Jerusalem, but Israeli police officers opened fire at him. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
28 Alaa Abu Jamal (33), from al-Mukaber Mountain, southeast of East Jerusalem 13 October 2015 An Israeli security guard fired 3 bullets at Abu Jamal at a bus stop on “Malkhei Yisrael” Street in West Jerusalem. In the meanwhile, an Israeli Border Guard officer arrived and killed Abu Jamal by a number of live bullets, as he stabbed 3 settlers at the aforementioned bus stop. As a result, an Israeli Rabbi was killed and 4 others sustained various wounds according to the Israeli media. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
29 Baha’ Mohammed Elayan (22), from al-Mukaber Mountain, southeast of East Jerusalem 13 October 2015 He was killed after Israeli forces opened fire at him, as he along with another Palestinian young man had carried out a stabbing and shooting attack in an Israeli bus in al-Mukaber Mountain village. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
30 Mo’taz Ibrahim Hamdan Zawahra (21), from al-Dheisha refugee camp, south of Bethlehem 13 October 2015 He was wounded after Israeli forces stationed around Belal Bin Rabah Mosque, north of Bethlehem, opened fire at Palestinian stone throwers. Zawahra sustained a live bullet wound to the chest and was pronounced dead minutes after being admitted to Beit Jala Governmental Hospital. A live bullet wound to the right side of the chest
31 Basel Bassam Ragheb Seder (20), from Hebron 14 October 2015 Israeli forces killed Basel while he was walking in al-Amoud Gate area in the Old City, in East Jerusalem. An Israeli soldier shouted asking him to stop, but Seder did not respond, due to which the soldier opened fire at his back. When Seder fell to the ground, Israeli forces approached and fired about 10 bullets at him from a range of five meters or less. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
32 Ahmed Fathi Mohammed Abu Sha’ban (23), from Ras al-Amoud neighborhood, east of the Old City in East Jerusalem 14 October 2015 An Israeli police officer serving in “Yasam” special patrol unit opened fire at Ahmed under the pretext that he attempted to stab an Israeli elderly woman in the central station in West Jerusalem. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
33 Shawqi Jamal Jaber ‘Ebeid (36), from Ezbet Beit Hanoun, north of the Gaza Strip 16 October 2015 He was wounded on Friday, 09 October 2015, when he was at work in a stone factory, 2000 meters away from the border fence where there were confrontations between Palestinian young men and Israeli forces, east of al-Shuhada cemetery, east of Jabalia. A bullet wound to the head
34 Ehab Jehad Yusef Hanani (23), from Beit Foreek village, northeast of Nablus 16 October 2015 Israeli forces stationed at Beit Foreek checkpoint, northwest of Nablus, used live ammunition against dozens of Palestinian youngsters, who threw stones and empty bottles in response. As a result, Ehab was killed. A bullet wound to the heart
35 Eyad Khalil al-Awawda (27), from al-Koum village, southwest of Hebron 16 October 2015 Israeli forces deployed at the northern entrance of Hebron (Ras al-Joura) opened fire at Eyad after he chased an Israeli soldier to stab him. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
36 Mahmoud Hatem Mohammed Hmaid (23), from al-Shati’ refugee camp 16 October 2015 Israeli forces stationed at the border fence between the Gaza Strip and Israel in Nahal Oz area, east of Gaza City, opened fire at Palestinian young men throwing stones at Israeli forces. As a result, Mahmoud was killed. A bullet wound to the head
37 Yehya Abdul Qader Jaber Farahat (24), from al-Shati’ refugee camp 16 October 2015 Israeli forces stationed at and around Beit Hanoun (Erez) crossing, northwest of Beit Hanoun village, north of the Gaza Strip, opened fire at Palestinian young men, who were protesting on the road in between the Israeli and Palestinian sides of the crossing. As a result, Yehya was and 74 others were wounded. A bullet wound to the head
38 Fadel Mohammed Awad al-Qawasme (18), from al-Shaikh neighborhood in Hebron 17 October 2015 An Israeli settler shot dead Fadel, who was present in the area between the entrance of al-Shuhada Street and Bab al-Daboya checkpoint in the city. Half an hour later, al-Qawasme was transported by an Israeli ambulance to an unknown destination. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
39 Mo’taz Ahmed ‘Ewisat (16), from al-Mukaber Mountain area, south of East Jerusalem 17 October 2015 Israeli forces shot dead Mo’taz. Israeli forces claimed that the aforementioned child attempted to stab a number of Israeli Border Guard officers stationed at a temporary checkpoint at the entrance of “Armon Hanatziv” settlement, south of East Jerusalem. 40 Bayan Ayman al-‘Esaili (16), from Bani Salim area in Hebron 17 October 2015 Israeli Border Guard officers stationed at the military checkpoint at the entrance of Bani Salim area, east of Hebron, opened fire at Bayan, who was going back home from school. As a result, she was killed under the pretext of attempting to stab a female soldier. The girl was transported by an Israeli military ambulance to Israel. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
41 Tareq Zeyad al-Natcha (16), from Khellet Hadhour area, south of Hebron 17 October 2015 Israeli forces stationed at the military checkpoint “56” at the northern entrance of al-Shuhada Street opened fire at Tareq and killed him after he stabbed a soldier near the electronic gate. Tareq was then transported by an Israeli military ambulance to Israel. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
42 Omer Mohammed al-Faqih (23), from Qatnah village, northwest of occupied East Jerusalem 17 October 2015 Israeli forces opened fire at Omer under the pretext that he attempted to stab an Israeli soldier at Qalandia military checkpoint, north of occupied Jerusalem. As a result, he sustained several bullet wounds. Another soldier then approached Omer and once the former found him moving, the soldier immediately fired a number of bullets at him from zero distance to make sure he was killed. 43 Oday Hesham Mohammed Masalma (24), from Beit Awwa village, southwest of Doura, southwest of Hebron 20 October 2015 Israeli forces stationed in the vicinity of the annexation wall, west of Beit Awwa village, southwest of Doura, southwest of Hebron, opened fire at Oday near his farm. Therefore, he rolled down in dirt downhill. They went after him and shot him dead. 2 bullet wounds to the leg and head
44 Hamza Mousa al-‘Amla (25), from Beit Oula village, west of Hebron 20 October 2015 Israeli forces stationed on the main road, opposite to “Gosh Etzion” settlement, south of Bethlehem, opened fire at a Palestinian civilian vehicle. As a result, the driver Hamza was killed by several bullets under the pretext that he had run over 2 settlers on the side of the road. The corpse was taken to Israel. 45 Ahmed Sharif al-Sarahi (30), from Deir al-Balah 20 October 2015 He was killed when Israeli forces opened fire at a group of Palestinian civilians, who were present in a farm 350 meters away from the border fence. 3 bullet wounds to the chest
46 Bashar Nezam Jamil al-Ja’bari (15), from al-Ras area in Hebron 20 October 2015 Israeli forces stationed in a watchtower at the entrance to “Kiryat Arba” settlement in Hebron shot dead Bashar and his cousin while going back home in al-Ras area. Israeli forces kept the corpses of the 2 children and denied their families and Palestinian medical crews access to the crime scene. Several bullet wounds throughout the body

48 Mo’taz Attalah Qasem (22), from al-Eizariya, east of Jerusalem 21 October 2015 He was hit by a number of bullets from a close range under the pretext that he attempted to stab an Israeli female soldier near Jaba’ crossroads – “Adam” settlement crossroads, east of occupied Jerusalem. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
49 Mahmoud Khaled Mahmoud Ghneimat (20) from Sorif village in Hebron 22 October 2015 Israeli forces opened fire at two Palestinian civilians from Sorif village, working in construction works in Beit Sheimesh area in Israel, while they were.  While they were intending to board a bus. As a result, Mahmoud was killed and his colleague was seriously wounded. The corpse was taken by an Israeli ambulance to Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem, where it was kept. Israeli forces calimed that the 2 aforementioned civilians intended to carry out a stabbing after boarding the bus. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
50 Yehia Hashin Nemer Karirah (20) al-Tofah neighborhood in Gaza 23 October 2015 on 16 October 2015, Israeli forces stationed along the border fence between the Gaza Strip and Israel near Nahal Oz, east of Gaza City, opened fire at a group of youngsters demonstrating in solidarity with al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem. As a result, he was hit with a bullet to the head, and his condition was very serious.  Therefore, he stayed in the ICU in Shifa hospital until his death was declared. A bullet wound to the head
51 Ahmed Mohammed Sa’id Kmeil (17) from Jenin 23 October 2015 Private security guards serving the Israeli forces opened fire at him while running towards the first barrier at al-Jalama crossing, northeast of Jenin. Ahmed was present along with other peddlers in the place where they used to stay. Due to which, he fell to the ground, but Israeli forces denied the Palestine Red Crescent Society’s (PRCS) paramedics access to the scene. The corpse was then pulled to the inside of the crossing. 52 Kahlil Hasan Khalil Abu ‘Abeid (26) from khan Younis 24 October 2015 He succumbed to his wounds due to being hit with a tear gas canister fired by Israeli forces at him and a group of protestors, east of al-Bureij Camp in the central Gaza Strip on 11 October 2015. He was transferred to “Ichilov” Hospital in Israel where his death was declared. A tear gas canister penetrated the shoulder and settled in the lung causing laceration.
53 Sa’ed Mohammed Yousif al-Atrash (20) from the southern area of Hebron 24 October 2015 Israeli forces deployed in al-Ibrahimi Mosque area, south of Hebron’s Old City, killed him after opening fire at him from only two meter-distance while he was near the Shari’a court near the Mosque yard.  Israeli forces claimed that the young man attempted to stab one of them with a knife Several bullet wounds throughout the body
54 Ra’ed Saket ‘Abdel Rahim Jaradat (22) from Ras al-‘Aaroud area, west of Sa’ir village in Hebron 24 October 2015 Israeli forces stationed at the entrance to Beit ‘Aynoun village that is connected with Bypass Road (60), east of Hebron, killed him.  They shot several bullets at him after Jaradat had stabbed one of the Israeli soldiers. 55 Eyad Rawhi Jaradat (19) from Hebron 24 October 2015 Israeli soldiers deployed at the entrance to Sa’ir village and Beit ‘Ayoun area, east of Hebron, opened fire at Palestinian protesters. As a result, the aforementioned civilian was killed and others were wounded. A bullet wound to the head
56 Dania Jehad Ersheid (17), from al-Hawooz area in Hebron 25 October 2015 An israeli soldier fired a bullet around Ersheid, while being searched on her way to the Ibrahimi Mosque, whereas the bullet hit the wall behind her. She moved few steps backwards putting her hands up, but a number of bullets were fired at her. As a result, she fell to the ground and died. Israeli forces claimed that she had a knife with her. 57 Shadi Nabil ‘Abdel Mo’ati al-Qodsi (21) from Hebron 25 October 2015 Israeli forces stationed on the main road in front of “Gosh ‘Etzion” settlement complex, south of Bethlhem, opened fire at Shadi Nabil ‘Abdel Mo’ati al-Qodsi (21) and ‘Izz al-Deen Nadi Sha’ban Abu Shakhdam (17) from Hebron when they arrived at a bus stop next to the entrance to the aforementioned settlement. As a result, they were killed immediately.  Israeli authorities claimed that the 2 aforementioned civilians stabbed a settler causing him minor wounds. Several bullet wounds throughout the body

59 Hammam ‘Adnan Is’ayed (22) from Hebron 25 October 2015 Israeli forces deployed in Tal al-Rumaidah neighbourhood in the centre of Hebron killed Hammam while he was passing by “Gelbert” checkpoint established at the center of Tal al-Rumaidah neighbourhood.  The corpse was taken to Israel. 60 Islam Rafiq Hammad I’abeido (23) from Tal al-Ramidah neighbourhood in Hebron 28 October 2015 Israeli forces deployed in Tal al-Rumaidah neighborhood in the centre of Hebron killed the Islam while passing by only few meters to the west of “Gelbert” checkpoint established at the centre of the aforementioned neighbourhood.  Israeli forces claimed that he intended to carry out a stabbing. 61 Mahdi Mohammed al-Mohtaseb (22) from Hebron 29 October 2015 Israeli forces stationed at Checkpoint 160 established in Hebron’s Old City opened fire at Mahdi and killed him.  Israeli forces claimed that the aforementioned person attempted to carry out a stabbing attack. 62 Farouq ‘Abdel Qader ‘Omer Seder (19) from Hebron 29 October 2015 Israeli forces opened fire in the al-Shuhadaa’ Street in the centre of Hebron and only few meters away from the checkpoint leading to al-Daboya, due to which, Farouq was killed. Israeli forces claimed that the aforementioned person attempted to carry out a stabbing attack. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
62 Ahmed Hamadah Yousif Qaneibi (23) from Kafr ‘Aqab neighbourhood in Jerusalem 30 October 2015 An Israeli security guard in the light rail station in Haim Bar Lev in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Jerusalem fired several bullets at the aforementioned civilian from a close range.  He succumbed to his wounds in Hadassah-Ein Kerem Hospital.  The Israeli police declared that the aforementioned stabbed a settler before being shot. 64 Qassem Mhammed Qassem Saba’nah (20) from Qabatia village in Jenin 30 October 2015 Israeli forces stationed at Za’atarah checkpoint, southeast of Nablus, opened fire at the aforementioned and his colleague after getting off a motorbike and running towards a search barrier to the southeast of the aforementioned checkpoint.  As a result, Qasem was killed and his colleague sustained wounds. 65 Mahmoud Talal Mahmoud Nazzal (17) from Jenin 31 October 2015 Israeli border guard forces stationed at al-Jalamah crossing in Jenin fired several bullets at the aforementioned civilian after he ran towards the crossing gate crying “Allah Akbar”.  He was immediately killed Several bullet wounds throughout the body
66 Fadi Hasan al-Faroukh (27) from Beit ‘Aynoun area, northeast of Hebron 01 November 2015 Israeli forces opened fire and killed him in a vineyard adjacent to Bypass Road (60) at the entrance to Sa’ir village, north of Hebron.  Israeli forces claimed that the aforementioned civilian attempted to carry out a stabbing attack. 67 Ahmed Awad Mohammed Abu al-Rob (16), from Qabatya village – Jenin 02 November 2015 Ahmed was present along with another child in a gas station near al-Jalama crossing in Jenin. Israeli forces suspected them and ordered them to pull up their t-shirts. However, the victim pulled out a knife, due to which Israeli forces opened fire at him killing him and wounding the other child. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
68 Malek Talal al-Sharif (24), from Hebron 05 November 2015 Israeli forces opened fire at Malek near a bus stop on the Bypass Road (60), adjacent to “Ghosh Etzion” settlement, south of Hebron, under the pretext of a stabbing attempt. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
69 Sarwa Ibrahim Salman al-Sha’rawi (72), from Hebron 06 November 2015 Israeli forces deployed at the northern entrance of Hebron (Ras al-Joura) opened fire at a vehicle passing on a road near Zaid gas station. As a result, the driver Tharwat was killed. Several bullet wounds throughout the body
70 Salam Mousa Abu Jame’ (23), from Bani Suhaila village in Khan Yunis 06 November 2015 Israeli forces deployed along the border fence between the Gaza Strip and Israel, east of al-Faraheen area in Abasan village, opened fire at Palestinian young men throwing stones at them. As a result, Salama was killed and 3 others were wounded. A bullet wound to the chest

118 Abdullah  Hussein Ahmed Nasasrah (15), from Beit Foreek village, north of Nablus 17 December 2015 Israeli forces stationed at Howwarah checkpoint, south of Nablus, opened fire at him under the pretext of stabbing a soldier, which is refuted in PCHR’s investigation. The aforementioned child crossed the checkpoint in front of the Israeli soldier stationed at the checkpoint. He was not carrying anything and he was searched by Israeli soldiers before he was killed. 119 Nash’at Jamal Abdul Razeq Asfour (34), from Senjel village, north of Ramallah 18 December 2015 He was wounded by Israeli infantry soldiers that moved into al-Jabal area, east of Senjel village, north of Ramallah, as clashes erupted afterwards. Asfour was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead 4 hours later. He was wounded by a bullet that entered the upper belly and exited the back
120 Mahmoud Mohammed Sa’id al-Agha (22), from Khan Yunis 18 December 2015 He was wounded by Israeli forces stationed along the border fence between Israel and east Abasan. November 23
Hadar Buchris (21), Ziv Mizrahi (20)

A 21-year old Israeli woman, Hadar Buchris, was stabbed at a bus stop in Gush Etzion. She was brought to a local hospital in critical condition but died of her wounds soon after her arrival. Israeli security forces shot and killed the assailant.

A 20-year old Israeli soldier was stabbed to death at a gas station by a Palestinian, in an attack that left two others lightly wounded and the assailant dead. The victim had sustained severe abdominal stab wounds and was pronounced dead by paramedics.

November 19
Reuven Aviram (51), Rabbi Aharon Yesiab (32), Yaakov Don (51), Ezra Schwartz (18)

A Palestinian terrorist stabbed two people to death in the Panorama office building, outside the door of a room in the building used for prayer where afternoon services were taking place. Two more individuals sustained minor injuries. Workers in the Panorama building were instructed to go into lockdown as police searched for a possible second attacker.

In a seperate incident later in the day, a Palestinian attacker opened fire with an uzi machine gun on Israeli vehicles in Gush Etzion sitting in traffic. Three people were killed in the attack, including an American student participating in a gap-year educational program, an Israeli man, and a Palestinian man. The suspect was arrested at the scene.

November 13
Rabbi Yaakov Litman (40), Netanel Litman (18)

Yaakov Litman and his son Netanel were shot to death by Palestinian gunmen who opened fire on their vehicle neat the Otniel junction in Southern West Bank. The two were seated in the front seats of their car when the terrorist opened fire. Litman’s wife, who sustained minor injuries, and three daughters were in the back seat of the car.

Staff Seargent Benjamin Yaakovovich (19)

A Palestinian terrorist purposefully rammed his car into Staff Seargent Benjamin Yaakovovich, seriously injuring him. The perpetrator was apprehended directly following the attack, but Yaakovovich died of his wounds four days later.

October 20
Avraham Asher Hasano (50)

Israeli citizen Avraham Asher Hasano was driving in Fawwar, south of Hebron, when Palestinians began pelting his car with stones and he was unable to drive. He exited his vehicle and was hit by a truck and was killed.

October 18

Omri Levy (19)

21 year old Palestinian assailant Muhanad Alukabi took the rifle of 19 year old Israeli soldier Omri Levy, and killed him with it. He opened fire in a crowded bus station with the rifle, and injured 11 other people. An Eritrean immigrant was shot by an Israeli security guard and beaten to death by an Israeli mob, suspected of being a second attacker.

October 13
Rabbi Yeshayahu Krishevsky (60), Haim Haviv (78), Alon Govberg (59), Richard Lakin (76).

Two Israelis were killed and fifteen injured in a stabbing and shooting attack on a bus in Southern Jerusalem. The attackers stormed the bus and blocked people from getting off, while attempting to take control of the wheel and ram the bus into a crowded public place. One assailant opened fire with a gun while the other stabbed the bus passengers. Israeli police killed one attacker and managed to take the other into custody. One of the people injured in the attack, 76 year old Richard Lakin, died of his injuries two weeks after the attack. Rabbi Yeshayahu Krishevsky was struck by a car in Jerusalem simultaneously as the bus attack was happening. He was taken to a local hospital but died of his wounds.

October 3
Nahmia Lavi (23), Aaron Bennet (24)
A Palestinian man approached a group of Israelis in Jerusalem’s Old City on October 3, 2015, and began stabbing, according to Israeli police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld. The attacker injured one woman and her baby, and stabbed two other members of the group to death. Israeli police shot the attacker on site, where he died. Palestinian Islamic Jihad issued a statement claiming the attacker was a member of their organization.
October 1
Eitam Henkin, Naama Henkin (both early 30’s)
Eitam and his wife Naama were ambushed by Palestinian gunmen as they drove with their four children, all under the age of 10, in the West Bank on October 1, 2015. The gunmen shot Eitam and Naama multiple times and they were pronounced dead at the scene, while the children who had just witnessed their parents murder were only lightly injured. They were buried the following day, and Eitam’s parents stated at his funeral that they would raise the children as their own. The funeral was attended by Israeli President Rueven Rivlin, who delivered a eulogy. During the subsequent week it was revealed that the husband, Eitam, was an American citizen, and five Hamas members were arrested in connection with the attack.
