sheikhjarrahA series of articles has focused on the remarkable development of the campaign against the eviction of Palestinian residents of the East Jerusalem district of Sheikh Jarrah.

The Jerusalem Post says thousands protested on Saturday evening after Israeli courts override police refusal to grant permission for the demonstration.

Ynet profiles the Israeli campaigners, (Hebrew original) suggesting it represents a renaissance of the left. Coteret has the English translation.
