When all Muslims are seen as terrorists

Donald Trump’s tub-thumping campaign depends on defining Mexicans as criminals and Muslims/Arabs as terrorists. As in Brexit Britain and in Tea Party America, as in Israel, ISIL is seen as the epitome of Islam itself.

UK government strategy for preventing terrorism

The government’s public strategy for preventing terrorism is called Prevent. It was revised last June, not least because it appeared to target all Muslims as potential terrorists. Posted here are an excerpt from the Home Affairs Committee’s inquiry into the ‘roots of violent radicalisation’ and an excerpt from the government booklet ‘Prevent strategy’.
