A new blog

I am living in Palestine for a few months, moving around, staying with different people both Palestinian and Israeli, in their homes, with their families and friends and in their places of work. I am here to experience as much as I can as a non Palestinian/Israeli woman what life is like for people living under the Israeli occupation. I don’t know what form this blog will take, but it will go in whatever direction it’s meant to. I want to tell people’s stories and perhaps some of my own. I am learning Arabic through the people I am meeting, so I speak a little – very little, which is the meaning of ‘shwai’. I am British and I am also Jewish.
