Paypal Freezes Access to JFJFP Account

Due to the large number of donations to JFJFP in recent weeks, Paypal without warning froze access to our account meaning that we cannot withdraw any of our own money. They have not lifted this ban in 9 days now despite our following all procedures exactly as instructed.

They cited the reason in the graphic below.

We then followed all the steps required to remove the limits on our account including uploading the requested official documents of our organisation.

Having done this, this document was not acknowledged and our account remains frozen.

We have tried through all means possible to contact Paypal to have this lifted. The response to our written enquiry was to send us a phone number to call. It has been engaged constantly for several days.

Paypal is needlessly preventing us from operating our organisation.
